Nancy Smith is the Business Administrator at Christ Evangelical Presbyterian Church and has been a member of Houston NACBA since 2000. She has served as Treasurer or Secretury of the Houston Chapter since 2003 and is currently serving as Vice President - Programming. Nancy is also a member of national NACBA, receiving her FCBA certification at the July, 2005 Keystone Conference with a project on "Child Protection in the Church". Additionally Nancy is a member of PCBAA (Presbyterian).

"After 20 years in the corporate world I could think of nothing more rewarding than serving the Lord. Church Administration is somewhat different from running a company in the corporate world, and I feel very fortunate to be involved in an organization that provides as much support and direction as NACBA offers its members."

Nancy has been married to Gerald for 37 years. They have a daughter and son-in-law living in Versaille, France.

Harry Fritzenschaft is Pastor of Business Administration for The Vineyard Church of Houston and served as Treasurer for 2007/2008.  Harry is currently serving as Vice President - Membership for the Houston Chapter of NACBA for 2009-10.

Harry has been a member of the Houston Chapter and national NACBA since 2005. Harry is working on his FCBA certification having attended both of his summer seminars at Fort Worth with Dr. Judy Stamey (but he still needs to write his paper!)

“With a BS and MBA from the University of Houston (Go Coogs!), my background includes some 30 years of diversified experience including project management, serving as both associate and senior pastors, and banking. Like many CBAs, I “accidentally” came to this “brave new world” of church administration and want to constantly learn how to be more effective. I am looking forward to serving the local chapter and building new friendships among fellow learners!”

Besides Jesus, talking Gloria (aka”Glo”) into marrying him was the smartest decision Harry ever made (she’ll have to speak for herself!) Some 30 years later, their lives continue to be enriched by their daughter, soon to be son-in-law, and son who are all Coogs living in the Houston area!

Dianne Giroir, Business Administrator of Christ the King Lutheran Church, is currently serving as Treasurer for the Houston Chapter of NACBA during 2009-10.

Dianne has been a member of the Houston Metro Chapter since 1998 and has served the chapter as President, Vice - President of Programming, Vice - President of Membership and Treasurer. Dianne is also a member of the National Association of Church Business Administration, and received her FCBA at the San Diego Conference in 2002 and her recertification at the conference in Dallas in 2007. She is also a member of the Presbyterian Church Business Administration Association and received her PCBAA certification in 2005.

She attended Union Theological Seminary and completed her project entitled "Strategic Maintenance Planning and Facilities Use Development". "Being a Church Business Administrator is my passion and my ministry. I love what I am doing and truly believe that God has brought me to this place." This was written in her project over seven years ago and she still feels that way today. It is because of her local chapter of NACBA and her colleagues that she is able to do what she does today. I will always be grateful, humbled and amazed by this journey.

Rusty and Dianne have a blended family consisting of five children and seven granchildren that keep them excited and exhausted.

Karen Winship is the 2009-10 Secretary for the Houston Chapter of NACBA.  Her relationship with the chapter started as a result of serving on the board of CASA, the not-for-profit that provided group insurance to over 700 churches and schools in the Greater Houston Area.  This is her first opportunity to serve as an officer of the chapter.

Karen started her professional life as a secondary education teacher and met her husband, David, during that time.  She quickly moved into business, however, and became certified in Human Resources (PHR) following classes at Rice University.  She currently serves as the Human Resources Director of Memorial Drive Presbyterian Church and is a long-term member there as well.

Karen and David have two grown children, Erin and her husband, Todd Fry, who are the parents of her two adorable grandsons, Duncan (6) and Bennett (3), and Jason and his wife, Annie Winship, who are newlyweds.
