Rev. Bruce Craft currently serves as the Executive Pastor for Braeswood Assembly of God church in Houston. He has served churches and organizations in the ministry of church administration for over 35 years. He has been a licensed and ordained minister since 1989. He received his Certification in Church Administration (CCA) from The Church Network in 2000 and has received recertifications in 2010, 2014, 2018 & 2022. He received his Certification in Risk Management for Churches and Schools in 2000 from Cambridge University in conjunction with Christian Ministry Resources. He became a Licensed Commercial Insurance Agent in the State of Texas in 2016. He has worked with Police Departments in Ft. Worth and Houston since 2002 earning certifications with the Church and Police Alliance (CAPA) and Certification with the Citizens Emergency Response Team (CERT) in Ft. Worth, Certification with the Police and Clergy Team (PACT) and the Clergy and Police Alliance (PACA) in Houston. He recently received his certification with the Constables and Chaplains Police Alliance (CCHAPA) in 2021. He has served 2 terms as President of the Assemblies of God Church Administration Association (AGCAA). He has served on the board of directors for Southwest Houston 2000, The Houston Crime Prevention Committee and currently serves on the board of directors of Super Neighborhood #36.

Shawn Finchis a dedicated leader with a strong foundation in both ministry and business. Heholds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and a Bachelor of Arts in Religious Studiesfrom Cumberland College, as well as a Master’s Degree from New Orleans BaptistTheologicalSeminary. With 28 years of experience in full-time ministry, Shawn currently serves as a bi-vocational pastor at Uvalde Baptist Church in Houston, Texas.In addition to his pastoral work, Shawn is the Vice President of GulfPoint Services, bringingover 13 years of expertise in the restoration industry. His passion for restoration began when heled a mission trip to New Orleans following Hurricane Katrina transformative experience thatignited his commitment to helping communities rebuild and recover.Shawn’s unique blend of ministry and marketplace leadership allows him to serve others withintegrity, compassion, and purpose in every aspect of his work.Shawn is the Husband of Erin Finch a school teacher of 25 year and has 4 children and a Grandchild on the way toward the end of June.

Steven Wells recently retired after 40+ years serving in administrative, accounting and financial roles in the oil industry while working in numerous locations both in the USA and abroad. During his career he served as the church treasurer for four overseas churches. Additionally, for three years he was on staff at Grand Parkway Baptist Church in Richmond as their Administrative Pastor, while also serving as the Financial Manager for Katy Christian Ministries. His most recent position was as the Church Administrator at Westland Baptist Church in Katy. Steven has been a Deacon at Westland for many years, plus has supported numerous Bible Study groups and twice served on Westland’s Long Range Planning committee.
Steven demonstrates his love for Christ by serving him in the Body of Christ, the worldwide church. He is active in various ministries: evangelism through a motor sports ministry called Kingdom Racing (www.KingdomRacing.net), missions through Feed the Hunger (www.FeedtheHunger.org), Maadi Community Church Egypt (www.maadichurch.com), (Cross world (www.Crossworld.org), Childcare Worldwide (www.Childcareworldwide.org) and Compassion International (www.Compassion.com). Steven has a BBA from the University of Oklahoma and an MBA from the University of Houston.

Donna Yost currently serves as Director of Operations for Clear Lake Presbyterian Church in Houston, where she oversees all the business aspects of the church. She has served several churches in the PC(USA), as well as the UMC denominations, for the past 20 years. She received her Certification in Church Administration (CCA) in 2022. In addition, she holds a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) from HRCI, and the Society for Human Resource Management’s SHRM-CP. She holds a B.S. in Business Administration and a M.S. in HRM from Tarleton State University. She is passionate about empowering staff to develop their gifts, managing the "behind the scenes "and ensuring ministry happens. Donna is married to Terry, has 5 grown children and eleven grandchildren. In her spare time, she enjoys gardening, Penn State and Steelers football, classic movies and swimming.

Claudio Cordeiro is an accomplished finance and audit professional with over 15 years of experience spanning corporate auditing, internal controls, risk consulting, and financial management. Currently serving as Church Accountant at Christ Presbyterian Church of Houston, Claudio leverages his deep expertise to lead financial operations with integrity, insight, and innovation. He holds an MBA in Internal Audit from Louisiana State University and a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from Universidade de Brasília. Claudio is fluent in English, Portuguese, and Spanish, and is a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) and a Certified Church Administrator (CCA).
Claudio is married and has two children, with a third baby on his way.

Crystal Oliver currently serves as Finance & HR Director for Gloria Dei Lutheran Church and has been in the ministry for almost 16 years. Crystal has served The Church Network - Houston Metro Chapter in various officer roles and has been a member of the Houston Metro Chapter since 2012.
Crystal received a Bachelor’s degree from University of Houston – Clear Lake in 2008 for Accounting and has been working in the field of non-profit ever since. Crystal is married and has 2 children along with a multitude of house pets and enjoys relaxing on her days off.
