President

Rev. Bruce Craft currently serves as the Executive Pastor for Braeswood Assembly of God church in Houston.  He has served churches and organizations in the ministry of church administration for over 35 years.  He has been a licensed and ordained minister since 1989.  He received his Certification in Church Administration (CCA) from The Church Network in 2000 and has received recertifications in 2010, 2014, 2018 & 2022.  He received his Certification in Risk Management for Churches and Schools in 2000 from Cambridge University in conjunction with Christian Ministry Resources.  He became a Licensed Commercial Insurance Agent in the State of Texas in 2016.  He has worked with Police Departments in Ft. Worth and Houston since 2002 earning certifications with the Church and Police Alliance (CAPA) and Certification with the Citizens Emergency Response Team (CERT) in Ft. Worth,  Certification with the Police and Clergy Team (PACT) and the Clergy and Police Alliance (PACA) in Houston. He recently received his certification with the Constables and Chaplains Police Alliance (CCHAPA) in 2021.  He has served 2 terms as President of the Assemblies of God Church Administration Association (AGCAA).  He has served on the board of directors for Southwest Houston 2000, The Houston Crime Prevention Committee and currently serves on the board of directors of Super Neighborhood #36.

Pastor Lynn O. Phipps was raised in Shady Timbers subdivision of Houston, Texas, and his service in the Lord began almost 25 years ago under the leadership of Pastor J. Glass and later under the leadership of the late Pastor Wiley L. Dunn, Sr. of New Pleasant Grove Missionary Baptist Church. He is a devoted husband to the love of his life, Kia Albrow-Phipps for 18 years, and a proud father of four beautiful children, Mikayla Lewis; Ashlynn Phipps; Lyndon Phipps; and Kiara Phipps.

 

He graduated from Forest Brook High School in 1988 and later obtained a Bachelor's degree of Religion at Liberty University, a Master of Arts in Biblical Studies, and is currently pursuing a second Master’s degree of Divinity from Grace School of Theology.

 

Over the last ten years of Pastoral leadership, he organized T.B.O.C. (Taking Back Our Communities) ministry, which is a community outreach program with the mission of empowering residents to share in the responsibility of building community through resource development and collaborative partnerships; travels extensively throughout the United States speaking to ministerial and lay leaders regarding the importance of Christian education; and is a member of the National Baptist Convention of Texas where he presides as Director of Education.

 

Pastor Phipps was elected as the Fourth Pastor of the Prestigious Creston Missionary Baptist church in March 2023. Pastor Phipps believes that he can do all things through Christ that strengthens him. His favorite scripture is, “For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, saith the Lord, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected end” Jeremiah 29:11.

Kelley Trimble is Executive Administrator at South Main Baptist Church of Pasadena. Kelley serves as Vice President of Programming for the Houston Metro Chapter of The Church Network and has previously served as Secretary, Treasurer, and Membership.  Kelley has been a member of South Main since 1993 and a member of TCN (formerly NACBA) since 2008.

 

Kelley has previous work experience in construction and healthcare industries.  She joined the Ministry Leadership Team of South Main in July 2008.  She has work management oversight of the Ministry Assistants and supports the Senior Pastor in his work. She coordinates and directs the work of the Custodial Staff, Food Service Ministry, and Facility Support personnel while performing the business administration responsibilities of the church.

 

Kelley received Christ as her personal Savior at a young age at Park Place Baptist Church in Houston.  Kelley enjoys gardening, baking, organizing, and being creative.  She especially loves spending time with family and friends, but most of all loves play dates with her three grandchildren, Beckham, Baker, and Brooklyn.

Hunter Johnson has served as the Chief Operating Officer of First Presbyterian Church of Houston since 2020, with responsibility for the overall management of the church’s finances, facilities and IT departments. Prior to that he served several churches in Colorado as an administrator and Executive Pastor. He has been married to the love of his life, Pat, for 37 years and they have one adult son, who also leaves in the Houston area.


Hunter has been a member of The Church Network for the last 10 years, and a member of the Houston Chapter since relocating here in 2020. He has an MBA from Regis University in Finance and Accounting and is a Certified Treasury Professional (CTP).

Crystal Oliver currently serves as Finance & HR Director for Gloria Dei Lutheran Church and has been in the ministry for almost 16 years. Crystal has served The Church Network - Houston Metro Chapter in various officer roles and has been a member of the Houston Metro Chapter since 2012.

 

Crystal received a Bachelor’s degree from University of Houston – Clear Lake in 2008 for Accounting and has been working in the field of non-profit ever since. Crystal is married and has 2 children along with a multitude of house pets and enjoys relaxing on her days off.
